How to play

How do you play Tetravex?

Tetravex is played on a square grid. Each tile has a number on each of its 4 edges (top, right, bottom, left). Drag tiles from the tray onto the grid so that whenever two tiles share an edge, the numbers on that shared edge match.

What is the goal of Tetravex?

Fill the entire grid with tiles such that every pair of adjacent tiles has matching numbers on their shared edge. Outer border edges can be anything (no constraint). Use logic and deduction to find the unique solution.

Is Tetravex hard to learn?

Tetravex is easy to learn but hard to master. Start with 2x2 grids using just 2 numbers, then progress to larger grids with more numbers. Look for corners and edges first where constraints are tightest.
